
Teresa Earle, born in Epsom, Surrey, began her artistic journey at the age of 13 in Ewell, Surrey. Her early interest in art blossomed into a lifelong passion, leading her to study fine art at Guildford School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools, and ceramics at Medway Collage of Design.
With over 60 years in the art world, she has explored many disciplines, including ceramics, sculpture, dance and choreography. Returing now to her initial love of painting.
Teresa’s abstract paintings are characterised by simplicity, clarity, and emotional depth. Working with a limited yet vibrant colour palette, her series of landscapes captures a sense of tranquillity, contemplation, and calm. Through geometric angularity and straight lines, she creates a quiet, static experience that invites viewers to pause and reflect. Her chosen hues convey tenderness and a profound sense of connection, evoking both clarity and stillness.
